Nada demais / Not much

Esta segunda-feira não tenho muito o que contar ou mostrar. Eu até costurei e dei uma arrumada no ateliê :P mas o problema é que acabaram as pilhas da minha máquina e eu não tinha novas para trocar :/ Preciso mesmo é comprar outro carregador de pilhas porque o antigo quebrou, não tem conserto, e eu não gosto de ficar jogando fora milhões de pilhas que ainda podem funcionar só porque a máquina digital é uma faminta!

There isn't much to say or show this Monday. I did sew and did a bit of organizing in the craftroom :P but the problem was the batteries went down and I didn't had any new ones to use. :/ I really need to buy another battery charger because my old one broke and I don't like the idea to keep throwing away a lot of batteries because my digital machine only works with full ones!

Mas tem uma novidade sim! Não sei se vocês já descobriram, mas tem um site/loja chamado Spoonflower que é um lugar onde você pode mandar seu desenho e eles colocam em tecido! Não imprimem em impressora não, como a gente pode fazer em casa. Eles fazem como as grandes fábricas e você acaba com um tecido exclusivo. Pois é, eu tentei e eles já estão enviando a minha amostra! Pensei eu só falar nisso quando o tecido chegasse, mas não consegui me segurar! :D

But there is some news! I don't know if you guys found about about this, but there is this site/store called Spoonflower that is a place where you send your drawing/image and they put it on fabric! They don't print it with laser or anything, like we do at home. They do it like the big companies and you end up with an exclusive fabric. So I tried and they are already sending my fat quarter (the size I bought)! I thought about only telling this when the fabric arrived but I couldn't keep it quite anymore! :D

This is my design and I can barely wait to see it up front and personal! There are a lot fo swats to check out: the FlickR and their blog. At the post of June 21st, there is a video with the fabric they are sending out and mine is there, at 1:27, the orange one! :D
