É agosto / It's August

August... month of sorrow. It's an old proverb I heard when I was a kid and I don't have the slightest idea from where it came. Maybe someone had a very bad August somehwere. I never believe it. August was always "chocolate month" with a lot of store promotions when I was a kid. We went back to school but that was nice because we met our friends and had a lot of news to exchange. Father's day in Brazil! August was cool.

Virei a noite. Ah, a idade!) Aaaarrrrggghhhh! Agosto!

This year I started August really bad. I faced Windows "blue screen of death", which means a complete crash and the need to reformat my HD completely... I stayed awake all night. E the next night my had a problem with my toilet and when it was finally contain to wait to be fixed I had already lost my will to sleep because I was too nervous. Saturday I had it fixed and that's was good but I also expent money that I wasn't expecting to. And the house is still a mess and I couldn't sew! Again! Aaaaarrrrggghhhh! August!

Me diverti muito!)

At least I finished the dishclothes' kit, I got a good going with the scarf, and I even started another one. I tried again the pattern for the socks but it didn't work, again! But I'll believe that everything will get better. I want to believe! (I want to see the new X-Files movie, but I have to choose where to spend the money so I prefered to go to Mummy 3. I enjoyed it very much!)
