Primeiro quilt kiwi ; First quilt made in NZ

Finalmente terminei o quilt que comecei dois anos atrás! Os tecidos são todos da Nova Zelândia (kiwiana) e levei séculos entre cortar, começar a costurar a mão (que detesto), trabalhar com uma máquina usada, até finalmente comprar uma máquina de costura como eu queria e poder terminar.

É um quilt de colo (1.5 m x 1.5m) e podia ter sido maior sim. Mas tô muito feliz com o resultado. Quem sabe o próximo vai poder ser usado na cama? Por enquanto, esse me faz companhia quando eu vejo televisão. :D

I finally finished the quilt I started two years ago! All fabric is New Zealander (kiwiana) and took me ages between cutting it,  sewing by hand (which I hate), sew using an used machine and then finally buying a sewing machine as I wanted. And then being able to finish it!

It's a lap quilt (1.5m x 1.5m) and it could have been bigger. But I'm have with the results. Maybe the next one will be big enough to go on the bed? For now, I'll use this one while I watch tv. :D
